Welcome!
I received my Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, as well as a B.Sc. in Economics (First Class Honors) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
I am an applied microeconomist with research interests at the intersection of development economics and public policy. My core interest lies in understanding the impact of policy interventions and social programs on labor market dynamics, education, and individual behavior. I use both experimental and quasi-experimental methods to answer research questions in these fields.
I was previously a World Bank Africa Fellow (2024) and a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
